I was a creative and manager of Netflix Brazil’s YTCM from 2020 to 2023. In three years of intensive work, we were able to transform Netflix Brazil’s YTCM into a truly vibrant, active and loyal community, with an engaged audience that deeply identified with our language and approach.

Before we began this transformation and gave the attention it deserved, the YTCM was used only occasionally to promote titles, with an average number of interactions often below 1000 likes. After our restructuring, YTCM now averages 40k likes per post and way over a thousand comments, with several posts reaching more than 100k likes. Today, it has established itself as the main communication tool with the channel’s subscribers.
