CopaToon

To celebrate the 2018 World Cup, Cartoon Network Brazil created a six-episode mini-series starring Gumball and Darwin, the protagonists of The Amazing World of Gumball.

With scripts from CN’s creative team, I played the role of creative director and coordinator of the entire team that brought the project to life. The entire animation pipeline was developed in Toon Boom. I also oversaw and coordinated the creation of assets such as the show’s opening, the tree house scenario, and even the design of an original character created for the show using a mix of live action footage, traditional 2D animation, motion effects, and compositing.
